Medicare bulk billing can be used for children who are eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. This includes $1013 over a 2 year cycle and can be used for general services. You can call Medicare on 132 011 or go to their website for more information. Our receptionists can also check for you before the day of your child's appointment. Adults generally cannot use Medicare for dental services. There are exceptions for those who may receive a voucher through the public health dental sector. People accessing these services are also subject to eligibility criteria.
Yes we offer payments plans for major dental treatment to help make treatment more affordable. Examples of major dental services are root canal treatment, crowns and dentures. Book an appointment with us to discuss whether we can create a tailored payment plan to suit your financial situation.

Unfortunately our clinicians do not have x-ray vision, so need to take them when required to check beneath the gums and jawbone. Often x-rays are used in conjunction with other tests to make an accurate diagnosis and to make sure we don't miss anything that may become harmful in the future. They are used at some routine appointments to help monitor changes.
The enamel on our teeth become stronger when fluoride is absorbed. Stronger enamel reduces the chances of developing cavities. Fluoride is found in tap water, most toothpastes and other dental products.
